Public Space Attendant
INNESS is an intimate country refuge, hotel and restaurant located in Accord, New York.
INNESS is situated on a campus of 225 pastoral acres, which includes a 12 room farmhouse hotel, 28 guest cabins, restaurant, event barn, a 9-hole golf course, sporting outfitter, two swimming pools, tennis courts, walking trails, a retail home and farm shop, as well as an organic farm and orchard.
ResponsibilitiesINNESS is seeking a public space attendant to help clean and maintain our public areas.
Job duties include, but are not limited to:
-Thoroughly and efficiently clean Lobby's, Event Space and Public areas according to the standards and demands of the hotel, under the direction of the Housekeeping Manager or Supervisor -Dust/vacuum/mop floors and surfaces as needed to maintain impeccable standards of cleanliness.
-Wash, dry, fold, and iron- as needed- any and all items as assigned by Housekeeping Manager -Keep supply areas, products, and equipment well-stocked and organized -Communicate with Housekeeping Manager any issues found in public space areas, i.
e.
damage to any fixtures or surfaces, hardware, appliances, etc.
so that they can be addressed by maintenance team.
-Must use proper cleaning and chemical products as instructed by Housekeeping Manager -Complete any cleaning tasks as directed by Housekeeping ManagerMust use proper cleaning and chemical products as instructed by Recommended Skills Housekeeping Maintenance Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
