RONDOUT VALLEY CENTRAL SCHOOL DISTRICT is seeking an Elementary Teacher at Marbletown Elementary School.
This position is for an Academic Interventions Service (AIS) Math teacher/Math Coach (Grades 1-3).
This is a tenure track position that will be filled this school year (2022/2023).
Ideal candidates will have experience working with elementary students.
They will also have experience with the MTSS process and using data to drive instruction.
Experience as a math coach or AIS teacher is a plus, but not required.
Candidates should be flexible, collaborative, and understand that while this position will begin as an AIS math teacher, there may be opportunities in the future to become a grade level classroom teacher.
More importantly, candidates should be enthusiastic, innovative, student-centered, have a good sense of humor, and be willing to have a lot of fun.
Marbletown Elementary School is located near Kingston and New Paltz.
The school encompasses grades K-3 and has a total enrollment of approximately 270 students.
Marbletown staff takes pride in a warm, nurturing environment created for students.
A heavy emphasis is placed on success skills (a.

social emotional learning), utilizing programs including restorative practices, PBIS, Zones of Regulation, and mindfulness.
